SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND PICKUP
2.1. Shipping
Products will be shipped by professionals in the sector (usually GLS, SDA SGT, or DHL). The carriers involved will be responsible for transporting the package from the departure address to the destination address in the shortest time possible, usually 24/48 hours.
During periods of high demand, shipments may be subject to delays for which SDF is not responsible.
2.2. Shipping
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will consist of the costs of packaging the product, the administrative costs of sending it, and the cost of sending the product.
As these are actual costs, they will not be refunded under any circumstances after the product has been shipped.
2.3. Packaging
Spade Della Forza will endeavor to package products in the best possible way to avoid damage during transport. (Packaging may be recycled to avoid waste).
We recommend that you recycle the packaging correctly using your city's separate collection service.
In the case of collection by appointment, the product will not be accompanied by packaging.
2.4. Additional services
Only upon request and only prior to placing the order, the customer may request additional services for deliveries, such as deliveries before a set time or other.
2.5. Tracking code
When the package is shipped, a tracking code will be generated and sent to the customer at the time of shipment. This code allows you to track and check the location of the package in real time. Depending on the courier chosen, the portal for tracking the package will be different.
2.6. Delivery
The product will be delivered on weekdays (Mon-Fri) between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. The courier will go to the address entered when the order was placed and deliver the package to the recipient.
If the courier is unable to locate the recipient, they will attempt a second delivery the following day.
If the address does not correspond to a real address, the package will be held in storage, and you will be contacted to define the terms for the release of the package.
SDF is not responsible for any losses due to the entry of an incorrect or incomplete address.
2.7. Pickup
Pickup by appointment allows the customer to personally pick up the product at the production workshop. Pickup by appointment is free of charge and has no additional costs. Pickup will only take place by appointment, which will be arranged directly with SDF. Orders with pickup by appointment will only be considered valid after payment has been received.
From the moment the package is delivered to the customer, SDF will no longer be responsible for transporting the product to the customer's home or destination.
2.8. Pickup with Own Courier
It is possible to collect one or more packages with your own shipping contract. This procedure must be agreed with SDF before collection. Packages will not be delivered to couriers without prior agreement.
From the moment the package is delivered to the courier, SDF will no longer be responsible for any damage during transport attributable to the courier.
2.9. International Shipping
It is possible to send your sword abroad. Simply select the country and area of residence when completing your order. (If this option is not available, please contact us).

Any customs duties are not payable by SDF under any circumstances; the customer will be responsible for all charges for importing the product.
PAYMENT
3.1. Timing
Payment must be made no later than 7 days after placing the order. After this date, SDF may declare the order void.
3.2. Methods
Payment may be made using the methods defined below. No other payment methods will be accepted unless previously agreed with Spade Della Forza. In the event of incomplete or partial payment, the order will not be considered complete.
3.2.1.Bank Transfer
By selecting this payment method, the customer must comply with the following procedures: the bank transfer must be made no later than 5 working days after placing the order (otherwise the order will be canceled).
Banks normally take about 2 business days to credit the payment; until then, the order will not be considered complete.

The order number and the customer's first and last name must be included in the reason for payment.
SDF will not be responsible for or reimburse any bank fees, which will therefore be borne by the customer for the transfer of the bank transfer.
SDF is not responsible for delays or consequences due to the incorrect completion of the above data.
3.2.2.Credit Card
By selecting this payment method, the amount will be credited directly to your card. The payment is made in a secure environment not owned by SDF, and under no circumstances will SDF receive sensitive data or codes.
Payment will be made on the GestPay By Banca Sella platform, which accepts the most common credit and debit cards in circulation. The payment platform will require additional security measures such as codes or telephone PINs to complete the order. Before placing your order, please check that your card is enabled for online purchases.
3.2.3.PayPal
By selecting this payment method, the transaction will be carried out via the PayPal circuit. During the payment process, the site will direct the customer to the PayPal landing page to make the payment. The customer must ensure that all data is entered correctly to complete the transaction.
Payment via PayPal does not take place on our servers, and no sensitive data is transmitted to the seller.
If the payment is unsuccessful, the customer must, within 5 working days (under penalty of cancellation of the order), make the payment using the PayPal "send money" function.

3.2.4.Cash on delivery (only for spare parts or products ready for delivery)
By selecting this payment method, the customer agrees to pay for the product upon delivery to the address indicated in the order. Payment will be made directly to the carrier who delivers the package. Payment will be made exclusively in cash (no checks). The courier who collects the payment is not required to carry cash and cannot give change, so we ask that you have the exact amount ready before the package is delivered.
Cash on delivery payments are subject to a 3% surcharge with a minimum of €4 due to the courier's cash on delivery collection fees and collection procedures.
3.2.5.Satispay (New for 2018)
By selecting this payment method, the transaction will be carried out through the Satispay circuit. During the payment process, the website will direct the customer to the Satispay Landing Page to make the payment. The customer must ensure that all data is entered correctly to complete the transaction.
Payment via Satispay does not take place on our servers, and no sensitive data is transmitted to the seller.
If the payment is unsuccessful, the customer must, within 5 working days (otherwise the order will be canceled), make the payment using the Satispay "send money" function.
