Shipping and Payment

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PICKUP

2.1. Shipping

The shipment of the products will be entrusted to Industry Professionals(Generally GLS, SDA SGT or DHL), the carriers involved will have the task of transporting the package from the departure address to the destination address in the shortest possible time, generally 24/48h.

During heavy flow period, shipments may be delayed which is not the fault of SDF.

2.2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will consist of the costs of packing the product, the bureaucratic costs of sending and shipping the product.

These expenses, being out-of-pocket costs, will not be reimbursed under any circumstances after the product has been sent.

2.3. Packaging

Swords Of Strength will make every effort to pack the products in the best way possible to avoid shipping damage. (Packaging could be recycled to avoid waste).

We recommend that packaging be properly recycled using your city's recycling service.

In case of pickup by appointment, the product will not come with packaging.

2.4. Ancillary services

Only upon request and only prior to placing the order, the customer may request ancillary services for deliveries such as deliveries before a set time or other.

2.5. Tracking Code.

As the paperwork for sending the package is carried out, a tracking code will be generated and sent to the customer at the time of shipment. This code allows the location of the package to be tracked and verified in real time. Depending on the courier chosen, the portal for tracking the parcel will be different.

2.6. Delivery

Delivery of the product will take place on weekdays (Mon-Fri) in the time slot 8-18, the Courier will go to the address entered in the order and proceed to deliver the package to the recipient.

In case the courier does not find the recipient will try a second delivery the next day.

In case the address does not correspond to a real address the package will go into storage, you will be contacted to define the terms for the release of the storage.

SDF is not responsible for any loss due to the entry of an incorrect or incomplete address.

2.7. Pickup

Pickup by appointment gives the customer the opportunity to personally pick up the product at the production workshop, pickup by appointment is Free and has no additional cost. Pickup will be by appointment only, the appointment will be arranged directly with SDF. The order with pickup by appointment will be considered valid only after payment is received.

From the moment the package is delivered to the Customer SDF will no longer be responsible for transportation to the home or destination of the product.

2.8. Withdrawal by Own Courier

There is the possibility of being able to pick up one or more parcels with Own Courier contract, this procedure should be agreed with SDF before making the pickup, no parcels will be delivered to couriers without prior arrangements.

From the moment the package is delivered to the courier SDF will no longer be responsible for any transportation damage attributable to the courier.

2.9. Foreign Shipments

There is the possibility of being able to send your sword abroad, just select the state and area of residence when completing your order. (in case it is not present please contact us)

Any Customs Taxes are in no case to be borne by SDF, the customer will fulfill all charges for the import of the product.

PAYMENT

3.1. Timing

Payment shall be made no later than 7 Days after order placement, past this date SDF may declare the order void.

3.2. Modalities

Payment may be made according to the methods defined below, no other payment methods will be accepted unless previously agreed with Spade Della Forza, in case of incomplete or partial payment the order will not be considered completed.

3.2.1.Bank Transfer.

By selecting this method of payment, the customer must adhere to the following procedures: the bank transfer must be made no later than the next 5 Business Days after the order is placed (or the order will be cancelled).

Normally banking institutions take about 2 Working Days to credit the payment until then the order will not be considered completed.

The reason for the transfer must include the order number and the first and last name of the Customer.

SDF will not take charge of nor reimburse under any circumstances any bank fees, which will then be borne by the customer for the transmission of the transfer.

SDF is not responsible for delays or consequences due to the incorrect filling in of the above data.

3.2.2.Credit Card.

Selecting this payment method will result in direct credit to your card, the payment takes place in a secure environment not owned by SDF, under no circumstances will SDF receive sensitive data or codes.

the payment will take place on the GestPay By Banca Sella platform, the system accepts the most common credit and debit cards in circulation. The platform for payment will require additional security such as phone codes or PINs for order completion. Check before placing your order if your card is enabled for online purchases.

3.2.3.PayPal

Selecting this method of payment will process the transaction via Paypal circuit. During payment the site will direct the customer to the paypal Landing Page to make the payment, the customer will take care to correctly enter all the data to complete the transaction.

Payment through Paypal does not take place on our servers, no sensitive data is transmitted to the seller.

In case of unsuccessful payment, the customer will take care, within 5 Working Days (under penalty of cancellation of the order), to make the credit through the "send money" function of Paypal.

3.2.4.Cash on delivery (only for Parts or products in stock).

By selecting this method of payment the customer agrees to make payment for the product upon delivery at the address indicated in the order, payment will be concluded directly to the Carrier who will deliver the package, Payment will be made exclusively in cash (no checks). The carrier who will redeem the payment is not required to have any money with him, he will not be able to give Rest, so we ask to prepare the exact amount before the delivery of the package.

Cash on delivery payment incurs a 3%surcharge with a minimum of €4 due to the costof collecting the cash on delivery from the courier and the paperwork for collection.

3.2.5.Satispay (New 2018).

Selecting this method of payment will provide the transaction via Satispay circuit. During payment, the site will direct the customer to the Satispay Landing Page to make the payment, the customer will take care to correctly enter all the data to complete the transaction.

Payment through Satispay does not take place on our servers, no sensitive data is transmitted to the seller.

In case of unsuccessful payment, the customer will be in a hurry, within 5 Working Days (under penalty of cancellation of the order), to make the credit through the "send money" function of Satispay.
